Barkat Investment Certificate - Premature Encashment

1. I understand that encashment will be processed subject to availability of security in my IPS account with Faysal Bank Limited.

2. I understand that no partial encashment is permissible by the regulator and encashment will be done by the actual investment amount.

3. I agree investment in GoP Bonds is subject to bank charges narrated in Schedule of Charges which are subject to change time to time. Withholding Tax will be applied on profit as per existing tax ordinance.

4. FBL reserves the right not to execute the transaction in case of any discrepancy.

5. I understand that the encashment and profit amount will be credited in account once received by the regulator.

6. I have read and understood Investors Guidelines issued by SBP.

7. I have understood and agree to abide by the terms and condition above.
