1. I understand that investment will be proceed subject to availability of funds, therefore kindly ensure funds availability in account before proceeding for investment in GoP Bond.

2. IPS account linked to the above mentioned account is a pre requisite of investment in GoP Bond I agree that by submitting this form my IPS account will be opened if in case any IPS account does not exist against the above mentioned account.

3. I agree investment in GoP Bond is subject to bank charges narrated in Schedule of Charges which are subject to change time to time.

4. FBL reserves the right not to execute the transaction in case of any discrepancy.

5. I have read and understood Investors Guidelines issued by SBP.
